REGISTRATION:     AT THE RECREATION DIVISION OFFICE AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER

DATES:                  Monday, March 10th through Friday, March 28th
TIME:                     8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday

REGISTRATION FEES

(Teams must pay their sponsorship fee to register)
CASH OR CHECK PAYABLE TO "CARSON CITY"

Coed (18 & over)	6 v 6	Saturdays	$ 300.00/10 Games
Coed (35 & over)	6 v 6	Saturdays	$ 300.00/10 Games
Men's (18 & over)	11 v 11	Sundays	$ 480.00/16 Games
Men's Veterans (25 & over)	11 v 11	Fridays	$ 420.00/14 Games
Women's (18 & over)	11 v 11	Saturdays	$ 300.00/10 Games

 REFEREE FEE

Teams must pay the referee fee at the beginning of each game
$60.00 per 11v11 game-$50.00 per Veterans game-$40.00 per 6v6 game-$40.00 per Women's game
Payment will be made in cash directly to the coordinator BEFORE the game
NO PAY-NO PLAY

PLAYER IDENTIFICATION CARD

Players must purchase a $5.00 Player Identification Card before participating in a game
Payment will be paid in cash to the Carson City Recreation Division
NO CARD-NO PLAY

LEAGUE INFORMATION

Registration at the Recreation Division Office at the Carson City Community Center
11v11 Men's League Games will be played on Sundays at Edmonds
11v11 Womens's League Games will be played on Saturdays at Cintennial after 4:00pm
6v6 League Games will be played on Saturdays at Centennial Complex
Veteran Games will be played on Friday Nights at Centennial Complex
Scheduled Practices will begin upon Registration
Players MUST form their own teams
Players must purchase a Carson City Soccer Player Identificaiton Card
