Parkway Commercial Properties was founded in 2000 as part of R.L. Shaheen Company in Carson City, Nevada. At that time the company’s primary focus was to handle the full-service real estate needs of properties within Shaheen Business Park. We have now expanded our scope to include the surrounding areas as well.

We are located within the 175-acre business park on the North side of Nevada’s state capital. Parkway Commercial Properties currently facilitates management, leasing, selling or trading of approximately 400,000 square feet of office and light-industrial buildings, all of which have been constructed between 1984 and the present.
