Not a rant against this particular store, but Office Depot in general... You know when you buy a computer and get several rebate receipts. We'll, I made the mistake of looking at the expiration date on ONE of them and thought I had 60 days on all of them. It turns out that the actual Office Depot rebate had an expiration date of LESS THAN 30 DAYS. I realized this the day after it expired. The local store told me I was out of luck. I sent a nice email and paper letter to corporate offices several weeks ago and have heard nothing in the way of a reply. I'd rather "Buy Carson", but I guess Best Buy is where I'll be purchasing my computers in the future. From what I can tell, they've eliminated the Rebate Nightmare on their computers.
